Level 3 Award in HACCP for Manufacturing

The Level 3 Award in HACCP for Manufacturing is a one day course designed to ensure candidates develop the requisite knowledge and practical skills to develop a HACCP plan in their workplace. Following completion of the course candidates will be required to complete an assignment on the development of a HACCP plan and supporting information.
