The use of signage has been established as an effect method of providing guidance or instruction. There are numerous instructions that visitors, customers, food handlers and management require to ensure the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems are effective within a food operation.

We provide bespoke signs which are simple and cost effect. Made from material that is suitable for a hygienic food operation, easy to put in place and clean.

Emphasis on HACCP within legislation, third party standards and customer expectations is high. We have considered how we can make HACCP more visual, remind our colleague of the location of a CCP and the procedure to apply. The signs we have produced have assisted food business with the visual aspect of HACCP, supporting their controls and acceptance during BRC evaluations and customer audits.

So our aim is to provide you with a simple effective and low cost option to bespoke signs in your food business.

Our signs are constructed of colour vinyl applied to an option of a Rigid PVC or Magnetic material.

The vinyl has a 3 - 5 year outdoor life. Available in various colours including Red, Black, Blue, Green and Yellow. Other colours are available on special request.

The PVC is gloss white 1.5mm thick with 10 year discolouration guarantee. Alternatively, use a 0.85mm white gloss magnetic sheet.

PVC signs are easily fixed to any wall and magnetic signs make great use of fridge panel walled factories. Using magnetic means it is possible to move the sign to where it is required or change it where areas are used for more than one use.

Three simple steps

1. What do you require on the sign? Provide us with a clear indication of the wording and font you would like. Try to keep this simple, to the point and a font that is easy to read (Arial or Times New Roman). This can be supplied on a word or power point document. Include the colour you require.

2. What size would you like the sign. Standard sizes are fine, e.g. A3, or you can have any size up to 600mm in height or width and the alternate dimension can be up to 1 metre.

3. Finally, what material would you like to use? The options are 1) Rigid White Gloss PVC plastic or 2) Magnetic White Gloss.
