We specialise in Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, Quality and Health & Safety training. There are many ways that training can be met, we offer a flexible approach, providing a range of levels of courses, plus bespoke training that can be tailored to meet your requirements.
In addition to our Verifood courses, we are an accredited training centre for CIEH and RSPH.
Based in Cheshire, we regularly hold open courses and will travel anywhere to deliver in house training.
FOOD SAFETY AWARENESS - an introduction to food safety
Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness in Catering/Retail
Level 1 Award in Induction into Food Safety in Manufacturing
The Level 1 awards are sector specific and the training programme has been developed to allow courses to be tailored to meet the needs of staff working in catering, manufacturing or retail environments.
Designed for a variety of candidates, including new employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge, employees handling low-risk or wrapped food or those who work front of house, such as waiting or check out staff, as well as back of house such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff.
Course duration: Minimum 3 hours, half day course
Assessment method: 15 multiple choice question examination
